GENERAL INTRODUCTION OF MANDREL & SPARE PARTS

Mandrel segments is important component of Tension reel or Payoff reel. These segments are part of a mandrel assembly, which expands and collapse to grip and release the coil material, like steel strip, aluminum strip. The segments work with other parts like mandrel shaft, wedges, and hydraulic system to ensure effcicent and reliable coiling and uncoiling . Mandrel shaft, Tension reel, Payoff reel, these are our core business.

Mandrels has various structures according to different applications. Generally,one assembly mandrel components include: main shaft(arbor), segments, spreader(sleeve),wedges,pull rod, outboard bearing support, hydraulic cylinder and rotary joint unit;  we not only manufacture assembly mandrels, but also manufacture mandrel’s spare parts.

All expanding and collapsed mandrels we manufactured works for steel and other non-ferrous cold rolling mill and hot rolling mill and coil processing lines, such as pickling line, galvanizing line, color coating line, annealing line, cut to length line, slitting line, rewinding line, tension leveling line,etc.
